just what the heck is apple cider vinegar and how is it different than regular

guessed it, fermenting apples. Apple cider vinegar contains citric acid, formic
acid, malic acid, lactic acid and succinic acid, as well as acetic acid. And
the kicker? Since apple cider vinegar is made from apples, it contains
antioxidants called polyphenols that are good for your health!
